I am a native of the Bay Area with over thirty years of extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. I began my career in real estate in 1991, driven by a desire to help people achieve their real estate goals and dreams. While it may sound clichéd, the joy and gratitude I feel when witnessing a client receive the keys to their new home or successfully sell their house as they transition to their next journey are truly indescribable. It is heartwarming to see my clients' dreams become a reality.

I also focus on educating them about the home-buying and selling process, current market trends, and providing valuable resources to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Buying and selling a home is a collaborative effort; the more informed my clients are, the more confident they can feel in their decisions, ultimately leading them to achieve their goals. 

My expertise includes working with first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors, and luxury property owners. I also oversee construction and remodeling projects to enhance client profitability. Additionally, I have obtained certification in probate and trust services to assist clients with inherited properties during sensitive times. Through these combined efforts, I have had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

This fulfilling journey enables me to enjoy a career I love while also caring for my son.
